The Private Charitable Fund “Azamat Aleuety” (hereinafter – the Fund) is a non-profit organization without membership, established by the citizens on the basis of voluntary contributions, and pursuing social, charitable, cultural, educational and other socially useful goals, specified in this Charter.

The Fund carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Civil Code, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On non-profit organizations”, “On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and other laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that do not contradict them, and the Charter of the Private Charitable Fund (hereinafter – the Charter), and internal regulations of the Fund. .

The Fund operates on the principles of voluntary involvement, democracy, self-management, and legality, equality of its members, reporting and transparency of its activities.
